As a token of our appreciation for taking the survey, 50 fuel points will be credited to the accounts of customers with loyalty card memberships. Kroger commits to providing you with a world-class shopping experience.
To receive 50 Fuel Points loaded directly onto your loyalty card account, please provide one of the following:
- Loyalty card number
- Alternated ID or Phone number

How To Enter Kroger Feedback?
- The Kroger survey’s official website is available at www.kroger.com/feedback.
- Choose a language from English and Espanol to answer and leave your feedback.
- Enter entry ID, date of visit, and time of visit.
- If your receipt doesn’t contain an entry ID, you can choose an option that says “No entry ID” on the receipt.
- Now, answer survey questions about Kroger groceries or pharmacy, employee assistance, quality and prices of products, etc.
- Enter your loyalty card number to receive 50 fuel points in your account.

- Are you satisfied with the amount of time you waited in line before being helped?
- How satisfied or dissatisfied were you with how long you had to wait until your prescription was ready (after arriving at the pharmacy counter)?
- How satisfied were you with the friendliness of the employees?
- How likely would you be to recommend Kroger to your friends or family members?
If you wish not to receive any fuel points, please check the appropriate option.
Rules and Requirements
- Legal citizens of the United States are only eligible for 50 fuel points customer surveys.
- The entrant can only participate when 18 years old.
- The associates, administrators, and family members of both parties are not eligible for the survey.
- The receipt expires in seven days from the purchase.
- Loyalty card members only can receive rewards.
